SSE plc has today announced its preliminary results for the year to 31 March 2018. This year marks ten years since SSE acquired Airtricity and entered the market in Ireland and Northern Ireland. From small beginnings, the company has grown to become the second largest energy utility, and leading generator and developer of renewable electricity, on the island. In this video, SSE Ireland Managing Director Stephen Wheeler reflects on the company’s first decade here, and looks forward to the opportunities and challenges in the years ahead.
