
In response to the recent floods in Cumbria, SSE is working to restore energy supplies in the area and assist any customers in vulnerable situations.
Any SSE customers impacted by flooding and worried about their energy costs or meter should contact us and we canensure they suffer no detriment as a result of being off supply as well as rectifying any damage to meters.
SSE is part of a 100-strong team of metering staff across a number of suppliers who are providing on-the-ground assistance in Cumbria. We’re currently assessing the impact on our customers and have mobilised metering engineers to ensure that any issues are resolved as quickly and safely as possible.
