In this short video, Commonwealth Games bronze medallist, Kristian Callaghan reflects on the help and support provided by the SSE Next Generation programme.
He insists without the help of the SSE Next Generation scheme he may not have achieved his career highlight to date at Glasgow 2014.
Kristian said: “Without the support and help that SSE gave me I wouldn’t have been as prepared for the games and perhaps wouldn’t have had the same results so they were crucial to the whole year.”
