Using social media to keep customers informed

As we enter the stormy winter season, Scottish and Southern Energy Power Distribution has prepared a new suite of videos to cover key questions and topics that matter most to their customers.

For example, 'What should I do in a power cut?'; 'How can I get in latest information about a power cut?' and 'What should I do if I know my power is going to go off?'

Here we look at one issue likely to be of concern for customers this winter: how social media can help keep customers informed.
