Channel 4's Charlie Luxton on the attitudes, needs and habits of UK households to energy

Architectural designer and Channel 4 TV presenter Charlie Luxton joined SSE and YouGov at a debate discussing the attitudes, needs and habits of UK households to energy.

Top of the agenda was how to engage better with customers and give them a stronger voice. Charlie firmly believes energy companies are shouldering too much responsibility for driving energy efficiency.

He believes it should be Government and local authorities leading the campaign and they need to look at new ways in engaging people in the value of making home improvements, above and beyond monetary gains.
