The Final Sprint is on in the race for tickets for this summer’s Commonwealth Games.
Glasgow 2014 has announced the final 100,000 tickets for Scotland’s largest ever sporting spectacle will go on sale on Monday 12 May at 10am.
And as official sponsors of the Games, SSE is also giving customers a chance to win one of 500 pairs of tickets to experience the roar of the crowd for themselves.

There are tickets available across all 17 sports – from athletics to rugby sevens, badminton to weightlifting – as well as both the opening and closing ceremonies.
This latest exciting opportunity to be part of the Games is due to continued efforts to finalise venue layouts and seating plans, plus the release of contingency seats, enabling Glasgow 2014 to allocate even more seats to the public.
