The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of SSE plc was held at the Perth Concert Hall, Mill Street, Perth PH1 5HZ on Thursday, 16 July 2026 at 12.30pm. All 21 Resolutions, as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, were passed by shareholders on a poll.
