Beauly to Mossford 132kV Transmission Line Replacement

On 20 January 2012, Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission Ltd (SHETL) submitted a Section 37 application to the Scottish Government to construct and maintain a replacement 132kV transmission line between Beauly (west of Inverness) and Mossford.

We have developed our proposals for an upgrade to the Beauly-Mossford transmission infrastructure and our Section 37 planning application was submitted in January 2012.

Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission owns and maintains the 132kV and 275kV electricity transmission network in the north of Scotland, in some of the UK's most challenging terrain.
