Smart Services
Smart Services is our community-based Domestic Sales business providing a personalised and consultative approach to promoting and selling energy-related products and services.
M&S
M&S Energy is a partnership between SSE and top UK retailer Marks and Spencer. The roles in M&S Energy are centred on the direct selling of domestic energy contracts to new Customers and this takes place within M&S retail stores.
Customer Services
With a diverse range of enquiries to answer, no day in Customer Service Sales is ever the same. We cover a full range of customer orientated roles from new business, account changes and enquiries to payments and billing. As a fast paced, targeted environment teamwork is essential.
Locations
The main locations for our contact centres are Thatcham, Portsmouth, Havant, Cardiff Gate, St. Mellons, Perth, Cumbernauld and Basingstoke.
Smart Services are located in South Wales and Scotland
M&S Energy operates UK wide.
